These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ritewaycares.com and communications or services made available by RITEWAY AFFORDABLE CARE INSURANCE AGENCY INC, doing business as Riteway Affordable Care ("Riteway," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Riteway services

Riteway is an insurance agency that provides general insurance education and assistance with coverage comparison, quotes, applications, enrollment, renewals, and related customer support. Services may include ACA Marketplace plans, Medicare, Medicaid assistance, dental coverage, and vision coverage, depending on availability and agent licensing.

Using this website does not create an insurance contract, guarantee eligibility, bind coverage, or guarantee a particular premium, benefit, subsidy, provider, prescription, or effective date. Coverage is effective only when confirmed by the applicable carrier, Marketplace, or government program and any required premium is paid.

Information and eligibility decisions

Website content is general information and is not legal, tax, medical, or financial advice. Eligibility and financial-assistance determinations are made by the applicable Marketplace, government agency, or carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information and for reviewing application and plan documents before submission.

Quotes and plan information

Quotes and comparisons are estimates based on the information available at the time. Rates, benefits, networks, formularies, service areas, and plan availability can change. Confirm important provider and prescription information directly with the carrier or provider.

Text-message program

How you opt in

You may opt in by checking an unchecked text-message consent box on a Riteway form or through another documented method that presents the applicable disclosure. Service-message consent and promotional/marketing consent are presented as separate choices. Providing a phone number without separately opting in does not by itself enroll you in either Riteway text-message category.

What we send

Service messages may relate to an insurance inquiry, requested quote, appointment, application status, missing information, enrollment support, renewal, coverage change, or customer-service request. Promotional and marketing messages may include coverage reminders, plan information, and offers when you separately opt in to them. Riteway will identify itself in program messages.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies according to your request and activity. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's messaging terms and charges remain your responsibility.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any Riteway message to opt out. You may receive one final confirmation. Reply HELP for help, call 954-425-2746, or email help@ritewaycares.com. We may recognize additional customary opt-out words where supported.

No purchase requirement; delivery

Consent to either message category is optional and is not a condition of purchasing insurance, enrolling in coverage, or receiving service. Carriers and network providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to network availability and device compatibility.

Privacy

Our collection and use of information, including mobile numbers and SMS consent records, is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Acceptable use

You may not use the website to violate law; impersonate another person; submit false or misleading information; interfere with security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape, copy, or exploit content at scale without permission; or infringe another person's rights.

Intellectual property

The website's Riteway branding, original text, design, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to Riteway and protected by applicable law. You may use the website for personal, noncommercial insurance-information purposes. No other license is granted.

Third-party services

The website may link to carrier, Marketplace, government, scheduling, or enrollment services operated by others. Riteway does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or terms. Your use of them is governed by their own agreements.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." Riteway does not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that every plan or program available to you will appear on the website. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riteway will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use, delayed communications, third-party services, or reliance on general website content. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

Changes and availability

We may update the website, these Terms, or available services. Updated Terms take effect when posted unless a later date is stated. We may suspend or discontinue website features when reasonably necessary.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
